Restaurant Guest Service Manager, Hilton Head – Hilton Head Island

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is located in Hilton Head Island, SC. Run the day-to-day operation for Hilton Head Food and Beverage and ensure Cast and Guest satisfaction and financial targets are exceeded. Provide direction, coach, develop and lead Cast Members to provide excellent Guest and Cast Service. Develop and nurture partnerships with other Lines of Business to provide a seamless Guest Experience. Monitor and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation. Ensure that all safety and sanitation levels are upheld in accordance with all State and Walt Disney World regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of leadership in the Food & Beverage industry
* Proven knowledge of financial aspects of an operation
* Previous revenue responsibility of at least $1M annually.
* Demonstrated strong Leadership skills
* Demonstrated passion for Guest service and Cast development
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills
* Demonstrated strong networking skills
* Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

* Demonstrated ability to manage the operation and teach it to Cast Members
* Demonstrated ability to lead and monitor Cast performance and operational improvements

* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends, variable shifts, and holidays

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of wine and spirits
* Proven ability to work in a unionized environment
* Demonstrated bilingual skills
